- At times, when winner is unable to finalise the sale for any reason, MyTicket will offer the sale to the next highest bidder, and so on.
- Please contact MyTicket if you have not received any confirmation regarding your winning(s) after 24 hours from end of sale.
- During making payment, please include the Auction Item Name and ID Number. Please contact and inform MyTicket when payment has been made to hasten the sale process.
- Please contact MyTicket immediately if incorrect bidding has been made to avoid inconvenience to MyTicket and other parties.
- MyTicket can reject and remove bidding when inappropriate behaviour has been detected.
- Inappropriate use of the system may result of user’s IP banned from all BigDaddy and MyTicket online activities.
- MyTicket Online Store uses Proxy Bidding as used by eBay for sales. You can refer to eBay’s explanation of Proxy Bidding at this link. MyTicket is not in any way related to eBay.
